voice work
Using and giving voice to an issue is layered into the show's DNA. Alfred Wolfson's voice work with Roy Hart was developed in response to the trauma Alfred suffered from the first World War. Nadine George developed "Nadine George Voice Work" with actors, and taught Susan and I. This forms the methodology behind the conception of the show.

Danna answers questions about the show and her journey with it.
debate and discuss
Heroine sparks discussion around these themes:
Peace, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, self love, neural resiliency and how that manifests. Trauma, triggering and healing. Conflict - internal and external. Secrecy, silence, territory, boundaries. What is a heroine, a victim, a survivor? Is forgiveness an everyday act or one sweeping gigantic ritual? Under what circumstances are forgiveness and peace possible? What is good leadership? When is vulnerability a bad idea? When is tolerance toxic?
